WHOLESALE/RETAIL INQUIRIES

Rena's Pond Fish, Plants and Supplies also service Kois and Goldfish to petstores and nurseries in the Tri-State area. Delivery is free for all Retailers with a minimum purchase order of $200. Please send us via fax a copy of your retailers certificate and we will be more than happy to provide you with our very competitive wholesaler's pricelist.

All wholesale orders MUST be made 4 days prior to delivery date. This ensures proper and prompt delivery of merchandise in conjunction with sufficient time should you wish to add or delete livestocks or plants from your order.

Delivery days for retailers are usually Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm. Please be advised that due to your location and traffic congestion, we would kindly ask you to accept deliveries on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Again we suggest this because we don't want to have your fish sitting in the truck for hours at a time. We believe that you should have your fish no more that 3 hrs after packing. Thanks for understanding.

Retailers are also qualified for additional discounts on purchases that exceed $1000. Please speak to our representative to determine discount amount when ordering.

We offer our same "arrive alive" guarantee to our retailers. In the likely event you lose a fish or two, credit will be given on the next purchase invoice. All other deaths MUST be reported within 24hrs from time of delivery. Fish deaths resulting in more that 3% of your order will be subjected to water testing and proper acclimating procedures.
