RENA'S DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY

At Rena's Pond Fish, Plants and Supplies, our sole duty is to provide our customers with prompt and reliable delivery of ALL pond products including plants and supplies. Most of our customers place their orders via phone call or e-mail. Once the order is received, a customer service personnel will verify the order and delivery date and time. Customers who wish to see our products before they make a purchase will have to call or e-mail for an appointment. The general nature of our business limits the presence of public presence. We hope you understand. Nevertheless, we at Rena's will make sure that you are getting what you requested. Should something arrive at your home or office and is not to your expectations, we will be more than happy to bring it back and provide you with a replacement should it be within our inventory. We are deeply committed to serving you so that you don't have to make any unnecessary trips in shopping for your pond products.
Order Info:
All orders MUST be made in at least 3 days before requested delivery date. This ensures that our staff pick and quarantine your order to full customer satisfaction. This also allows us to tell you the availability of our fish so that you would NOT be disappointed on the delivery date.
Arrival Guarantee and Health:
We are so confident with our packaging and delivery, that 100% of our orders arrive alive and well. Our Kois and Goldfish are quarantined by both our Foreign suppliers and also here at our facility. Our fish are free from diseases and viruses at time of arrival to you. Please review acclimating instructions before introducing fish to your pond or aquaria. In the unlikely, BUT possible event of a dead fish, Rena's offer a 24hr. guarantee period for all dead fishes. This guarantee MUST accompany a water sample as quickly as possible. All claims made for next-day fish deaths have to be made as soon as possible and customer must be willing to work with us to ensure the health and beauty of the remaining fish. Water samples are tested by our delivery driver, who will verify most often the cause of death. In any event, we will work hard at it, to replace your fish at no cost to you. Please understand that if you mishandled fish or acclimated fish incorrectly, you might be at risk for receiving a full replacement. Claims made after 24hrs. will NOT be subjected to replacement, however, we will still test your water to ensure no more casualties arise.
Delivery Charges:
There will be no delivery charges on purchases of $100 or more. Purchases not meeting the required $100. minimum will be subjected to a delivery fee of $25. Free delivery is available ONLY in the NYC area surrounding Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau and Suffolk counties. All other delivery areas will be calculated on distance and Toll. Please call to verify delivery charge if you reside outside the NYC area. Thanks
